I believe that life is what you make it, and that anything worth doing is worth doing well.

My goal is to make my life a work of art. Exercise and flexibility have always been a big part of who I am as an individual, so it is no surprise that they are the vehicle I have used to find practices that allow me to better understand who I am and how I interact with the world around me.

I have been practicing yoga for over 13 years. In that time I have participated in six different training programs and hundreds of hours in various workshops. My favorite thing about yoga is that any body can do it. There are so many "flavors" of asana (poses) and mindfulness practices that everyone can find what they need. I have used yoga to cultivate discipline, curiosity, creativity and self love. You will find all of these aspects in my teaching, and I hope that my classes will help you find them in yourself as well.
