First of all - thank you for visiting my site.

I've worked in the yoga and fitness industry since 2008. Even though I've changed my focus more than a few times, there's always been a fiery element to the way I teach and practice yoga and fitness. I love the mobility and freedom that yoga offers, the power that weight lifting and resistance training builds and the way flexibility is able to bring fluidity to it all. The underlying theme in all my classes and teaching is core strength. This is the foundation of it all.
