30 Minute HIIT
For those looking for a quick sweat!
Service Description
This is a Tabata-style interval training class that uses light weights and calisthenics to raise your heart rate and work your muscles. Suitable for all levels. Exercises can be modified for those with injuries to work around. If it's your first time, come in a little early and we can go over potential modifications. :)
