Customized programming can be a total game changer. When I put together your customized workout plan I take into consideration your time, workout preferences, goals, equipment and skill level. All of these play a huge role in getting real results, but can be daunting for most people. Choose how many workouts you'd like per week and use your customized program for 4-9 weeks. When you're ready to switch it up, bring me your results and we can make a new plan. :)
